Service Description

1 hour group class for the young that focuses on developing a passion for the sport and building the foundation of fencing. Class includes elements of: - General motor skills building through fun games and exercises - Fundamental footwork and handwork practice - Partner exercises and drills - Learning to spar safely and effectively - Improve focus and discipline *All Fencing equipment is provided. *Please come in sports attire and sports shoes, and bring along a water bottle.
