The perfect opportunity for anyone new to fencing. In this class, you will learn: - How to handle the foil blade safely - How to wear the protective gear - Fundamental footwork and bladework - Various offense and defense techniques - How to work with a partner in partner exercises - How to spar with others safely and effectively The lessons are designed in a logical manner to build up your skills progressively. *All Fencing equipment is provided. *Please come in sports attire and sports shoes, and bring along a water bottle.
